Demco Community Center Rules and Regulations
- NO ALCOHOL.
- NO SMOKING OR TOBACCO USE.
- Renter is responsible for broken, damaged, or missing property. These costs will be assessed to the renter.
- Renter is responsible for all set-up, clean-up and knock-down of equipment and furnishings. If the City incurs any costs to perform these functions, the renter will be charged.
- The renter understands that no alcoholic beverages or smoking of tobacco is permitted inside the community center.
- Renter understands that no furnishings or equipment are to be removed from the premises at any time.
- If the renter employs a catering service, the renter is responsible for any damages or actions incurred or caused by the caterer.
- Renter understands that no public auction, craft fair, or sale may be held in this building.
- No tape may be used on the carpet.
- Renter agrees to pay a $50 fee upon signing reservation which is non-refundable if reservation is subsequently canceled. The balance of the rental fee must be paid prior to the reservation date.
